Building: Constantly experimenting with AI coding workflows, refining this website, and building a WhatsApp Business API integration stack. Lately focused on reducing operational complexity between product, analytics, and activation systems.
Thinking about: Agentic AI systems, event-driven architectures, and why most companies collect far more data than they can operationalize into actual decisions.
Listening to: Mac DeMarco during focused work sessions. Jazz when debugging something existential.
Learning: How to make AI-assisted development actually production-useful instead of demo-useful.
Outside of work: Collecting vinyl records, over-optimizing dashboards, and occasionally rebuilding systems that were technically “working fine.”
